Fuck fuck fuck I am really mad at myself cause I can’t lost the weight I don’t know how I did it when I got down to 185 just got to figure it out so I can do it again 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😡😡😡😡😡😡😖😖😖😖😖😖🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😫😫😫😫😫😫😫
89,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 32,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,6 kg a Settimana

Were you using this app then? Go through, and see what you were doing. It may be tedious, but will be worth it!

Take it easy , it's hard to be able to take the weight off. I lost 130 lbs in a year. I have never felt this great. Don't give up. It is hard, but keep busy weigh once a week. Need support I am here ! ! Nattybun

Try intermittent fasting

It will happen. Review what you have been doing and change some things up. You will reach your goal.

if we said we didnt all have weight fluctuatuons, we'd be lying. just stay motivated!! and ya, i agree, if you havent jumped on the IF bandwagon, you should look into it!

The IF is a big help. It’s not that hard if you eat only good for you food when you do eat. It helps cut down on the cravings. You can also start out at a lower fasting hours like even 8-10 just to start then go up to 15 or 16 if you can. Remember sleep helps you lose weight and not eat also. I wish you the best

Until you start logging your food and looking for the problem you are just going to keep repeating this pattern. I'm wondering if you read these responses or if you are just venting and not looking for help.
