This is the start of something good. I've stuck with my new plan 100% for the past 10 days and already seeing improvement. No sweet snacks, No fast food, No sugary drinks, and no Red Zone foods (a long list chosen for me by my adviser). I am hungry a lot, but it is getting better. More updates to come. Thanks for all the support from you guys here, it motivated me to get focused and do it!
