I'm sorry this is frustrating. Thank you for being open with us and sharing how you really feel. We are here with you! Really! I had a really good fasting day yesterday (167 calories / 18 carbs) and this morning I GAINED a pound. For me, happiness always requires acceptance and gratitude :) But, still, I decided I will weigh again on Friday...

Your body is doing exactly what it has needed to do for millennia: stress = danger. It preparation for a fight or flight, it is holding on to everything you've put into your body. Evolution hasn't had a chance to adapt to the very new phenomena of job interview stress.

You guys really lifted my spirits today Thank you so much I appreciate the support. I think I did pretty good during my interview. If I don’t get it I’ll be okay. I’ll be really disappointed but live and let live! Side not: I stoped at Old navy after and bought size Medium shirts for the first time in 6 years!!! I’m still a size 14 in bottoms though 🤦♀️
