This is so slow!
60,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 4,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 0,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,2 kg a Settimana

You are doing great!!! I’m round the same age and have found I’m stuck. Weight will not go down. In fact people were telling me to increase calories. Any tips you’d like to share

@BrendaElaine, I wouldn't increase calories. I don't know what level you've set your intake at, but if you are not losing any weight, that suggests to me that you're eating maintenance, and would need to reduce calories a little. Increasing exercising may be another option if you are able, and doing both things I'm sure would give you results. I'm afraid it does get harder when you get older, so be prepared for it to be very slow!

I plan on reducing my calories immediately. How many are you? I’m 5’2” and do exercise classes 3-4 times a week

For maintenance, I need about 1500 calories per day. To lose, I need less than that, and would aim for about 1150-1200 if I was counting. I'm not actually logging food at the moment, as I pretty much know what I should eat after 3 years on here, but if I get completely stuck I will. You can use FS to calculate an RDI (recommended daily intake) for you, as it depends on your current weight, and your height and age, and how active you are. There are also other calculators available online which are more precise, but the FS one is okay.

This whole weight loss is confusing. I was doing low calories approx 900-1000 and lost 6 lbs then was told I need to up my calories to 1200 or more so I don’t store fat. Well now I’ve gained almost 5 lbs back. I was hoping if I found someone around my age and size I might learn something Thank you for the info. I really appreciate it

You're right, Glen, it's not easy, but it's nice to be able to cut some slack sometimes. I'm just paying for it now! And thanks for your ongoing support. I'm rooting for you, too 🙂
