Back from vacay and according to a parallel app I use with this one, I averaged 3% net carbs for the week (instead of 5%). No weight lost, yet no weight gained. I’ve given up tracking my ketones. It’s nada and I know it. But I will say the Keto diet is starting to feel more “fun”. Energy is higher and nothing sticks to my midsection anymore. I have a freer range of motion when I work out because I don’t have to shift my gut around now. Oh—I think (and I’m not sure) but I was kicking myself out of ketosis because I was having bcaa in the morning. Still learning! Happy eating everyone!
