I’m home today so I only fasted till 11:45 (almost 16 hours) And Omg I just finished all this food 🐽🤢 too much waaay too much.

The queasiness is subsiding and I feel jittery. I don’t like it and I’m still thinking about the ferrero rochers 😒 Even though I’m so stuffed 😑

Hey! after you eat your food you can have a little treat, and that can help to stop the cravings. if not, get out of the house, if you are not near to the kitchen you can not eat 😶, I am doing OMAD today, I am at the park right now, 11:35 am here

I ate the candy BUT I ate only 1. Not gonna lie, I kinda wanna cry (pitch a fit!) since I'm not going to eat the other 2 right now. I'm leaving the house in about 30 minutes then I'll be surrounded by fast food joints!! I'm not going to stop. I won't bring my credit card :D

That is hard 😰😭, sometimes I go to the fast food place and stay there 2-3 hours while I am fasting, plus with a little one that doesn't like food, I just touch his food. 😒🤐😞 I never break my fast over there, but when I am not fasting most of the time I drink his strawberry milk shake🐷

I just log my food ahead of time, putting in all the things that are 'calling me' in portions that fit into my calorie limit. That way, I'm not lured out of bounds by the calls of other food. I just make a note to include it next week. I just make peace with all forms of food.

I am sorry this is calling so hard to you. I know your cravings are really strong. time to work all that off at the gym if you can and get your head back in place. You are strong enough. and I think planning ahead of time is a good idea. just like keto, you plan your with carb meals in lower counts to see where your trigger hits.

Actually I think you’re fine. If you fasted this long. The amount of food will probably decrease and I would do more veggies that are higher in nutrients. I think you’re doing great! Keep it up and each time it will get easier. It’s always harder at first...

BTW that’s not a lot of food for someone who’s fasting... so don’t be so hard on yourself! Enjoy it!

Pniny I agree. I eat 2 meals a day and sometimes a snack. It just hurt my stomach so much to eat it.
