Asian food is a problem for salt sensitive people. My weight is up by 2 pounds and I feel like the Pillsbury Doughboy? And I have a headache. My brain is swollen as well. High potassium foods, water and natural diuretic foods and walking will be the order of the day. Helps me remember why I make my own version of asian foods. The Hollidays, gotta love ‘em.
