Not really... I basically added 2c AP Flour, 1tbsp baking powder, 3tbsp cold butter and ~.5c each cheddar/grated parmesan. Then i mixed it all until the butter was mixed in and it was crumbly. Then i added milk slowly (maybe
1/2c total) until it was a spongy ball. i forgot salt. Spooned into greased muffin tin and baked in toaster oven @450° for about 15 minutes.

I mixed it with my hands to distribute the butter.

Wow! These look super yummy! And your kitchen makes a great back drop. Is your plate Fiestaware? It's pretty.

I will, of course, eat the entire plate... I hope you made some for yourself :)

Ty everyone! @adef wish you had been here to eat all of them, because instead i did! @becca, it is fiestaware. My mom took me to salvation army to get me some stuff for my first apt when i was 19 and i got a lot of fiesta plates (lunch and salad plates) for i tjink $12. I didn't know anything about them, i just liked them, haha. Of course now you pay that for one plate. At the time, my dad was like those things?? My (his) mother used to get those in the laundry detergent! He could not believe ppl were collecting them. My neighbor has an outrageous pottery/china and antique collection. His little rambler looks like a museum!

Jen, I just bought a place setting in Sage with matching platter to add to my oldest daughter's collection of many colors. They are all sitting in my garage, because I am the one collecting them for her! Waiting to visit her to take them to her, because shipping at that weight from NM to Seattle is $$$!

Haha, you are such a nice mom! I don't have a collection, just a hodgepodge of plates. I think i also have a teapot, but it might just be similar. Now that it is out on my fab shelves i will check, lol. The stuff i kinda collect is dansk cookware (those aqua and blue casseroles). they are enameled steel. My mom had several from when they first got married in the 50s and i learned to cook with them. (They "disappeared" with my dad's gf after he passed away, but that is another story...) I have gotten a number of vintage ones, and they are super great -- fridge to stovetop to oven to serving and back to fridge. and the look great, imo. Yeah... I am a cookware nerd... Takes all kinds, lol!

You will have to make your daughter drive to pick them up. And pack them carefully!

They are already packed and no, she doesn't have the time to come pick them up. We will take them to her. 😊 I have been getting dishes for all 4 kids over the years, that they don't want any more! Except my daughter-in-law, I am giving her my pink depression glass and mixed floral china. I am a hodge podge kind of gal too. 😁 I'm going to look up the danskin cookware. I have Le Creuset and cast iron, but would love me some high end copper! Oh, and bad bad dad's gf!!! Ugh!
