The ice cream recipe worked out well as a popscicle. I was afraid it wouldn’t harden enough because of the tablespoon of Triple Sec in it. That is not much, but a little alcohol in some of my ice cream recipes keeps it from freezing too hard. I ordered another ice cream maker from Amazon so I will have 3 again.
