Very Nice! ive lost quite a bit, but I'm suuuuper self conscious due some very brutal scars on my Torso. 

Thanks guys! & Tara I do intermittent fasting, but really Ive never been a big breakfast eater, so I eat a small or late breakfast. I eat less sugar, and find at the end of the night if I splurge and have a dessert, I eat some carrots or munchie veggies after to curb my appetite. Mainly just less sugar (unless a whole fruit) and I'm finally mastering the art of not overeating. It's been a struggle, especially around my favorite foods. I'm decently active at work (I do event catering & coach during the evenings), but I hit the gym 3-4x a week. I don't really count my macros at the moment, but I'll get there.  

No reason to be shy of the camera, your looking wonderful....I do see the abs forming ! Great Work ......your definitely on the right path for success!
