Haven't posted in a while, but things are going good ! Allowed myself a donut yesterday, but cant get on that sweets kick ! Only ended up being 10 percent over in fat. But weekly average is still really close to goal. Will post a progress pic sometime soon ! Really proud of my progress. On another note, my 3 year old completed a 2.6 mile hike with me this evening ! I was so proud of her because usually she says " I'm tired " and has to be carried back to wherever we are coming from.
