i am excited about starting up my new challenge this monday! keeping track of what i eat during the day is the most hardest thing for me to do as i haven't been able to keep motivated to do it. i hope as the weeks go on that not only will i be able to achieve this, but also lose weight too as i will be more accountable for what i put into my mouth and also note any emotional connections to what i'm eating by keeping track of that too as i tend to be an emotional eater.
