doing keto and hit a stall I keep bouncing from 238 to 244 so depressing my goal is 198 and I feel I'm never gonna get there.😭

I know the feeling although I missed the bar a day all week I was at 327 to 334 finish the week at 327.4 gaining .4 lb. So now I know it's not just me. Keep your head up and look at the inches. I started at 378 and have lot several sizes.

Carefully log food and see if you have a carb creep. Those happen with me a lot.
