I don’t know why donuts are so good! I tell myself I don’t even like them 😅 but whenever I indulge I can’t stop eating them!! Too bad they don’t make them super mini size so I can try a bunch of flavors without eating so much

My height is only 149 with 52kg, low activity (Jogging 3 times a week) 😁😁 so inhabe eat lower then 1200 if i wanna losing weight, right? Okay, thank you for sharing. Have a nice day ahead Dawnie 🥰💐

.. don’t know why donuts are so good .. They are full of fast-carbs, nothing but refined white flour and refined sugar. My favs, Krispy Kreme SourCream frosting - 300 cals each. With just 3, I can get 900 cals and 120 gms of sugar in me in about 6 minutes :) Pure high octane fuel.

Yesiho I plugged your stats into a calorie calculator and you should be able to eat around 1400 cals. That’s 200 more than what you are eating which is similar to my own numbers. Mine says maintenance should be 2150 but it’s closer to 1950-2000. You are pretty small, I’d suggest upping the daily exercise (download a step counter app on your phone and make sure you are hitting 10k steps, 5 days a week) and eating a little bit more calories for a few weeks and see how that goes. Eating under 1200 calories makes it really hard to get enough vitamins, minerals, and protein that our body needs.
