We love bone broth and make it every week with our chicken carcass or turkey carcass. We cook it for at least 24 hours before we make it into soup. Lots of collagen and lots of minerals and vitamins in the soup. We put 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar into the water with the bones which helps draw out the minerals. Very good for you.
Good for you and for all the others who commented that they make it too. ❤👏💪
