Worked my way up to 13.1 miles in 2h 33m at resistance 7/10 on my elliptical yesterday, definitely ate back some exercise calories. Upped my carbs significantly as well, likely seeing an increase from holding water / stored glycogen, wouldn't be surprised to go up another couple pounds with the macro changes before coming back down.
