I love seeing stuff like this - I’m in a few mom groups and all I see are “what diet pills work? I don’t want to exercise or eat healthy” and I try explaining that’s not how it works and get hit with backlash that I’m not supportive 😒

a good tip for me is to think of summer time for increased speed of weight loss and in increase in exercise but I know I won't start gourging once vacations over lol
