Woke at 203#, I'm sure it was GYM and pickleball workout on Wednesday, even though we got rained out, I'm actually went under my goal as I know I will have a Carb Rebuilding day this July 4,notice I did not say cheat day, I do not put that in my vocabulary as I don't want to feel guilty, I use to, but not any more, CARB REBUILD day is a exceptionable word used by nutritious, sense I teach this in my college curriculum, I now use this word for my WOE and I NEVER use Diet word, as that also puts negative thoughts in peoples brain !!! Hope everyone's 4th is GRAND, were I live in Fort Lauderdale, everything is Canceled , the Beaches will close for July 3-5 to keep people away and we now have a MANDATORY MASK everywhere outside walking as well as inside business in our county !!
