OK, finally got a new low at 212.4 (first one since November 1). Ate 855 calories and had a 362 calorie workout yesterday. Will eat low again today, then will enjoy a few extra calories tomorrow (but probably top out at 1000-1200). Eating lower to prepare for some additional calories next week for Thanksgiving.
