You could try tracking your measurements every couple weeks to see the proportions change even if the number on the scale is at a plateau.

Our bodies are made to adjust to our needs so perhaps switch it up a bit. Different workouts/timing. Go on a diet break for a couple weeks or try intermittent fasting. I’m at a plateau as well and brought my calories back up for a couple weeks and now I’m trying fasting to get my system back into the fat loss groove.

building muscle and feeling fit, that's just as important as seeing a lower number. Keep feeling good, good work!

You need to start calorie cycling : As you keep a low-calorie diet, your body will likely adapt to the new, lower energy environment, which can lead to a plateau in your progress. Zigzag calorie cycling, also known as a "zigzag diet," is a method of calorie consumption that can potentially help you overcome this plateau and get you back on track to meeting your goals. The following are two sample 7-day Zigzag calorie cycling schedules.

hello capebike,
I admire your honesty towards yourself.
I respect the way you say I still hope for the magic number.
As you know the woman's body is engenered to be equiped for living through hard times. Loss of weight is not normal for the body, but sugar and all the funky ingredients we eat every day neither.
So the questions for you is (similar to other people posted for you)
1- what should be your healthy weight for you.
2- what type of food can you live without that would make your body happy to change, and get healthier?
3- which exercice makes you feel the best (body and mind), cause healthwise, we are all here for life.
So congrats 👏. I like to say thanks to my body to keep up on this journey with me. He is my closest friend who shares my joys and pains.

Strength training make muscles and that weighs more than fat... concentrate on the look of change on your body. Like measure biceps, waist, thighs to see examples of change. You are likely doing better than you think.
