January - weight loss was steady. February sucked - barely any weight down but eating was similar to January and if anything I worked out more consistently. Got a bit discouraged near the end of February / but now back to a bit sunnier outlook. This will be the month I get under 140, and keep working out cause it’s feeling great. Also stated a 30 day ab challenge - was excited and started it on Saturday - so even though it’s only March 1 st I am on day 3. :) Happy Monday everyone.
