Yesterday's workout - Not in this order
Met-con: 4 Rounds 10 tri-cep dips 10 Hand Raise Push-ups
In addition to Bench exercises and other stuff:
Bench Presses Sumo-deadlifts Lying Fly's Weighted sit ups w/30 lb weight Hip thrusters Tri-cep dips on dip bars
So, yeah - ya girl better have AT LEAST 1 pounds worth of water retention for that effort!!!
By the end of the the met-con, my tri-ceps were so spent - I looked like an inch worm doing the Hand Raise Push ups, LOL!!!
But my mind said, "Do the met-con with HRPU's & Dips"
"...it will be easy" It said.
Ha - Ha - Ha
Along with some resistance training - I have push-ups with the weighted vest on the menu today and rest assured those are going to be split sets.
I also have the ab buster exercise so I won't be coughing or laughing for the next 4 days. I might end up splitting those sets as reps are scheduled to increase for that exercise :-)
Needless to say, there's sure to be another increase on the scale tomorrow.

I'll actually be upset if there isn't, because Imma need that H2O cushion!
I got a good night's sleep, but definitely feel stiff and sore. Today's protein intake will top out around 146 grams - so at least these muscles will have plenty to pull from for care and repair. Carbs around 189 grams so there will be enough energy if I eat them at the right time.
Time to go get some fuel and coffee.
On all that is holy...thank goodness for the invention of coffee.
Okay --> Wake up sunshine, it's time to grind!
