I feel super bloated today. I'll likely weigh again tomorrow and see how that goes. I've kept to my 1300 calories a day and had 26000 steps over the weekend so whatever the weight is it's not fat.

Yep! We also foster dogs and have a second one at the moment. I walk them each about 3 miles on a good day which means lots of steps for me.
