It's funny but I never thought I would be the person who would look at a food and know how many crackers or what ever is in a serving and what the calorie count. Yet here I am, a blessing and a curse.

Makes me laugh because that is how I see food too. Then when I see people heap certain things I am like holy cow that is over a healthy allowance of sodium for a day. Or I think about all the other things I could eat that are more filling with less calories that I would rather have anyhow. Lol
