Went to Em Chamas last night and there was a pot luck at work...no easy way to document all of that, from essentially TWO buffets...so I'm not even going to try. The only thing that's my saving grace is that I had very few carbohydrates. Em Chamas was 80% steaks, mutton, chicken, shrimp, and salmon...the pot luck at work had mostly cold dishes (although I did have a cupcake and small piece of cheesecake...meh!) It was delicious and I don't feel guilty for having a splurge day on our 10 year anniversary celebration ;)
