Still cleaning out old photos. This was taken three years ago. Probably the last time the BF and I had to actually get dressed up in any way. I was70 and the BF was 78. He is 81 now and looks exactly the same, maybe.just a bit grayer.

Thank you. When Dan dies I am going to demand an autopsy— if I am still around. His genetics are terrible for heart disease but he has absolutely zero medical issues. Takes no meds for any reason except vitamins and minerals.. He is like the energizer bunny. Big hiker and walker. I want to know what makes him tick!

I made a conscious decision many years ago to do my part to live the healthiest life possible. Up until the pandemic I swam every morning and I am a big walker, hiker. I choose to be outside playing with my friends to being in a gym. I eat anything I want because I long ago mastered portion control and moderation. Healthier foods most of the time and less healthy choices once in a while. Dan has been athletic all of his life. He used to be a runner but began to realize that the future of your knee health is limited if you keep it up. He is also a major hiker/walker and is dedicated to both cardio and resistance training. He at 81, still works three days a week transporting high end cars for a rental car company. He likes to work and what he does is fun for him. He eats healthier most of the time but whenever he is left to his own devices— not so much.
