Had a nice Father's Day today. Had a delicious yogurt based breakfast dessert with lots of great fruit, seeds, nuts, etc., mixed in. Then had turkey burgers on the grill later. Ended the day with a nice iced coffee smoothie with cappuccino protein powder. Under 2100 calories for the day, but I'm taking the calorie average down to 1600 per day for the next ten days. Bound and determined to hit 199 by June 26, 2014, which is my two year anniversary on FatSecret. I think 1600 a day will do it.
