Okay here we are at Friday, yet again. Yay? Right? I can't wait to have some time off.
I weighed in at 133.4 today. Not too shabby. A few more lbs to reach my 100 lb mark. I can't wait. I currently am sitting at about 24% body fat. Only a few more to go until I will assess what my needs are and consider if I want to go to 18%.
