yep. winter does that to me with all the shoveling and loading bags of salt at work. great business plan I agree. and it's good for mental health to unplug and sweat some.

Anyone who lives in these snow impacted areas could run around and help their older neighbors clear their driveways and whatever else that needs to get done. A couple of hours a day doing that and you wouldn’t have to pay a gym membership.
