Slow Cooker Chili tonight. Doubled my miles outdoors today and don't feel sore. I take that as a good sign of my body getting use to exercise again.

Thanks Buenita. It definitely keeps me satisfied and not looking to snack late at night. I usually top it with a small amount of cheddar.
