@buenitabishop Thought I'd give something new a try! When cooked in the oven, (no sugar added) the kumquats had a bitter orange taste. Even a very small amount of honey might have taken the edge off but wanted to avoid sugars. I can see how kumquats might be a nice enhancement for baking especially recipes that involve dark chocolate but enough about desserts! :D Hope you have a great day today!
