Diario di Vopli, 26 dic 14

Only 5kgs left and I will cross the BMI level from obese to overweight! I already feel and see the changes to my body. Like my waist and back are slimmer and have a shape now. Especially when I stretch my back, I stopped feeling the fat on it. And so far I wouldnt say the diet was hard, on the contrary. I started eating healthier than before and I also feel better because of it. What I really recommend is eating a lot of protein, it really energises you and thus you snack less.
