Feeling stronger each day. Tough time meeting my fiber goal on these summer days but no problem with water drinking. Noticing greater arm and leg strength, more limber and improved balance. One of my non scale victories has been prioritizing things that bring me joy and relaxation. I'm logged in daily but minimizing personal screen time. Been enjoying more outdoor activities especially with others. Better for the head than local and world news ;) While fishing and soaking in lots of sunshine, this little guy, a young snapping turtle popped his head from the water to say hi. Looks a bit like ET :) Hope you experience something that brings a smile today while we keep working toward our FS goals.

I don't eat bread but I do eat low carb tortillas occasionally. Have you tried them? They have between 11-15 grams of fiber.💜
