Sorry! I have cervical spondylosis on my left side of neck. I know what you are dealing with! Tylenol arthritis helps me more than flexeril. Haven’t tried voltaren but I hear it is good.

Oh my word, i had degenerative discs in my low back last year!! I had to look up spondylosis, apparently the two terms can be used interchangeably... Now im scared its happening in my neck. They thought i was going to need back surgery last year.
