I've been doing really well with the food so who cares what the scale says (I'm kidding, I kinda care, but not this time) not every day is going to be a loss. I'm getting my period in a few days so I'm probably retaining water again. Today's training has been rescheduled for tomorrow. I'm going to try and make it very early in the morning because Thursdays are the busiest days for me.
