I have been so hungry for either a roast beef sandwich or (my ultimate favorite, a bologna sandwich) so that’s what I had. I discovered Dave’s Killer Righteous Rye bread at the store yesterday so that cinched it for dinner for tonight. Two pieces of bread, one ounce of deli roast beef, one slice of worthless Oscar Myer bologna, two slices of cheese, one extra sharp cheddar and one baby Swiss. Lettuce, tomato, avocado and lettuce and Mayo and mustard finish the sandwich off. Made roast beef on half the bread and the bologna on the other. It was so good. I had not had a bologna sandwich in probably 5 years. probably wont do that again any time soon or will at least modify the ingredients a bit. But for tonight, with an 8 oz Coke, it was perfect.
