As far as my weekly goal goes, of lowering my fat content, i switched my coffee creamer from Heavy whipping cream to half and half. 2g less fat!! 5 less calories and i get 25-28 g per cup of coffee and i only drink 1 coffee a day.

Good start. Snacks are another thing that can be whittled down. Apples, baby carrots, a cup of Greek yogurt, and grapes instead of cookies or sweets with their added sugars and fat.
