Woke at #212, went to gym and logged over 10 miles walking yesterday, mostly was at work, cleaning day, finished French pastry class, I also teach college and teach a nutrition/ wellness class, I felt that if I was fat students would not take me seriously, so hence the slim down and HOLIDAZE coming up and I need to trim before I go to so many partys
