I consider myself to be an excellent "comfort-food chef," but I totally struggled to get my homemade pizza dough to bend to my will. ha ha ha... YOUR pizza looks perfect! Kudos to you TUDad

It was delicious! Prior to college, I worked at a famous pizza restaurant in Philadelphia and learned how to make everything. Dough is more challenging to make at my elevation though.
