Woke at 211.4 after another 1500 calorie recovery day. Went to a conference today that had a catered lunch and enjoyed that (dessert, too). Had a few drinks and a few empanadas at a networking happy hour afterwards. Came home at 213.4. Did a 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill workout and cracked the 200s again at 208.8. Still a lot of water in the fat cells but we are losing it consistently. Ate 1532 calories, so intake is pretty much on track. Trying to do my best before heading out of town to see my daughter play her senior cello recital on Sunday. Will try to keep it under control up there!
