Weight has stayed the same for six weeks now. Portion control and eating six times a day on most days is working well. Will continue with breakfast, late morning snack, lunch, late afternoon snack, dinner and evening snack. Planning ahead really has helped when it comes to my eating. I put my evening snack in my FS food diary first thing each day. I have almost never found that I am too full to have that evening snack so I make it a priority. I haven't been measuring myself but I do know the size my hips were when started here a year ago this month. I measured my hips again yesterday because of a noticeable difference. My new measurement is a nine inches less on my bottom. It's definitely been a nice feeling to move from those old worn out relaxed fit jeans,the only ones that had fit me to the smallest pair of jeans in my closet. The smallest jeans are brand new and have been in my closet for a few years now. Never worn, they were simply my dream jeans ; my "someday I'm going to fit into these" jeans. They happen to be called the “ultimate skinny.” Inspiration! When I put them on, the first thing I see “the ultimate skinny” inside the waistband. They are a real fit. No need to breathe in to zip them up. Happy with the steady progress and many payoffs.
