1000-1300 usually. I'm 5'5" with a desk job but exercise 4-6 days a week -- cardio & resistance training. Reducing to mostly vegetables and legumes for a ton of fiber to keep me full, I rarely bother with grains, and definitely stay away from processed ones like bread. The more important issue is what your dietician told you to do on Monday. She knows that your weight hasn't budged in months on 1800 kcal. What did she reduce it to? What you've been doing isn't working, so it's time to try a different approach. If that fails, you try another.

Many people stay in a 500 calorie deficit each day.

She said to stay in a 1556-1885 range and follow Phase 2 in the book Always Hungry? By David Ludwig.

Yes always. I'm starting to eat only when hungry and stop when I'm full. Have a wonderful day

Hey Dazey! I am rooting for you! Read your story and wish you all the best! You can do it you are very strong! Only calorie deficit helped me not only to loose weight but I feel like I am 20 again. I eat the most variety of food! At least 800 grams of vegetables/greens/fruit/berries a day with at least 100 grams of protein. I incorporate everything in my weekly meals. Chicken fish red meat cheese Greek yogurt but always stay under 1500 calories. If I have enough room I eat a desert! The key is to plan your meals a day ahead in the app and also weight EVERYTHING. I also noticed the more I move around (I try to do 10k steps a day) the more weight I loose! Best of luck to you! I know you can do it ❤️
