Woke at 217.8. Went out for lunch today and had a delicious Argentinian steak sandwich and some fried Yuca. Came home at 217.0 but it was 8pm and I was in no shape for a workout, so not going to improve on last night’s post-treadmill 215.4. Ate a big dinner, going over my RDI by 200 but given that I was 400 under yesterday, I’m fine.
