Ive maintained tracking for nearly a year, but with work/school the food that is served is low quality and i guess how much im eating, unfortunately. I have gluten intolerance, but with Binge Eating Disorder i practiced eating anything to heal food fears/anxiety. Now im comfortable with food, i can begin removing unhelpful stuff; starting with my food allergy of gluten. At work/preschool, the teachers have to eat with the lil ones to help them serve food and not start a food fight lmao.
