I find it funny that I finally drop my vacation pounds when I start getting lazy counting calories. But hey, I'll take the loss! Got measured at my gym this morning and lost several inches and 1% body fat as well.
Here's to maintaining over the weekend. I always over-indulge on weekends, as I typically spend them away from home, visiting friends and family. My plan is to eat light, low carb breakfasts and lunches, and then indulge in dinner (but still low/no carb). Going to bring some gym clothes with me as well to see if I can sneak in a run or two.
