A friend ordered this product and based on just one taste, it was pretty good. I love ramen but eat it only occasionally and seldom use the spice packet

I loved ramen too without the spice packet but it really spikes my blood sugar. I can't handle the carbs. Rats. I have not seen immi. The numbers sound much better. I am on a low carb, high protein diet but I don't do protein shakes. My doctor is not a fan of drinking calories. I get in enough trouble with him over other things I eat. LOL. I wonder if my doctor would like immi.

I really want to try immi. The saturated fat is just to high for my low fat regimen. Darn! I may order some and use it on a cheat day. I love ramen.

I don’t actually drink my protein shake, I use an ounce if I am having cereal, add 5 ounces to a smoothie along with a lot of ice.. just a little here and there to boost my protein intake. Like many, it is hard to get my numbers up.
