Happy July, everyone! Woke at 209.8. Will weigh in after working out tonight for my official 'every three day' weigh in. Targeting 1967 calories per day this month per IIFYM. My BMR is about 1740. If I go over, I intend to eat a minimum of 1500 per day to catch back up. That will require me to limit indulgences. Aiming for 190 again. Wishing you much success with your goals!
