follow up on last past regarding fat. im hoping to change this moving forward.. my goal is the dotted line....which i attainod 1x.... Fat average is 127.8. what are some high carb foods that are low fat??

There are plenty of things but they are not always healthy or not always that great tasting plain. Beans are healthy. Plain popcorn. Plain starchy veggies without oil or butter. Fruits. Oats. Pasta and bread. Skim milk. Barley, rye, quinoa. Juices.

Thanks Morticia, im going to looking into them. I eat Ezekiel bread 30g carb 6 fibre, 8g protein its flourless!!! Tastes great warmed.

I do a big bowl of cereal with nonfat milk. 😋

Have you tried water fasting….sometimes fasting is easier then you think….most people sleep 7-8 hours….so there is 7-8 hours your fasting…just add 2 -3 hours before sleep..2-3…after…you have done a 12-16 hour fast…

Yes wannabe! I do 14hr fasts, 10 hr eating window. Its my natural eating pattern. I just pay attention, and dont push any harder than that because of disordered eating history.
