Happy 😃 happy 😃 day 4….

This morning while I was waiting on weigh in time….I was thinking…how the fasting enjoyment is gone…lol…guess that feeling only lasts for so long…even though I have till Friday…right now…I just don’t care….not sure why my mood is like it is…not like me to be down…

☕️ is being took in …sunny outside birds are trying to change my mood…just one of those things..

Plan to spin the pedals in a few…let the coffee digest…walked 2-3 miles yesterday…since I’m fasting..longer..have been trying not to over workout…just doing easier flatter rides…30 minutes or so….

Well….need to change clothes…turn trainer on..get day started..
