Definitely had a few more treats than I usually do over the past week and a half. It stated with some chips and then seems like then I just gave myself permission for all kinds of cookies and chips that I have been staying away from until then. Good news is excercise and daily movement are all still great and although my weight was up a wee bit now is back on track. So now to figure out how to have occasional treats without going overboard and without feeling guilty. I know many struggle with this.

Your struggle is very familiar to me. I’m an “all or nothing” person, and unfortunately it’s a slippery slope with treats. Good for you for getting back on track and maintaining your exercise throughout.
